Cardline

Product

Start where it matters: the phone receiving the card

Most card tools are designed around the sender's profile. Cardline is designed around whether the person on the other side still has your number next week. Everything below is shipped unless it is labeled roadmap.

The save flow

What the recipient actually does

Three interactions, all of them native to the phone, none of them requiring your recipient to trust a new app.

Their phone opens the card

A scan or a tap opens a fast page — no app, no account, no sign-up wall between someone and your phone number.

One tap writes the contact

Save Contact hands a correctly encoded vCard to the phone's own contact sheet, so the details land in the right fields with the right labels.

The wallet pass keeps you findable

Adding the pass puts your card next to their tickets and loyalty cards — the place people actually look when they need a number later.

The link and the QR outlive the job title

Every card has one permanent URL. Print it, engrave it, put it in a signature — then change the phone number, the role, or the whole brand behind it. The code on the printed card never needs to be reissued, which is the difference between a digital card and a PDF of a card.

The organization layer

Administered, not assembled

Four capabilities, each with the admin view it corresponds to.

Admin that matches an org chart

Shipped

Seats, groups, and departments with an owner per group. Provision a card the day someone starts, deactivate it the day they leave, keep the URL from resolving to a stranger.

Admin → Seats: 62 active, 3 pending, 1 deactivated this week.

Brand lock and templates

Shipped

Set logo, colors, typography, and field order once. People edit their own details inside the template and cannot move the logo or invent a new accent color.

Template → Locked: logo, palette, layout. Editable: name, title, phone, links.

CSV import

Shipped

Upload the directory export you already have. Columns are mapped, conflicts are shown before anything is created, and 200 cards exist in one pass.

Import → 204 rows read, 199 mapped, 5 flagged for review.

Analytics, led by save rate

Shipped

Views are the vanity number. Saves per view is the one that tells you the rollout worked — reported per person, per group, and per share channel.

Analytics → Saves per view, by team and by channel. Methodology published alongside.

Honest roadmap

Not shipped, and labeled as such

If a feature is on this list, it is not in the product today. We would rather lose a deal than win one on a maybe.

  • CRM sync (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
    Roadmap — not available today
  • SSO / SAML
    Roadmap — not available today
  • Email signature generator
    Roadmap — free tool, post-launch
  • Vertical templates for real estate, agencies, events
    Roadmap — templated pages first
