Digital business cards for agencies and studios

Agencies are judged on the details of their own presentation, in a business where the team list changes every quarter. Cardline gives an agency a card system that stays as considered as the work: brand-locked layout, freelancers on and off in a day, and a save rate you can actually report.

Who it fits

Built for agencies teams that hand out cards weekly

  • Creative, digital and media agencies with client-facing pods

  • Consultancies whose associates rotate across engagements

  • Studios that hire contract and freelance talent per project

What is different here

The parts of a card system that only matter in agencies

Everything else — save flow, wallet pass, permanent link — is the same product every customer gets.

Brand lock strict enough for a design team

Logo, palette, typography and field order are set once at the studio level. Nobody moves the mark, nobody invents an accent colour for their own card, and nobody needs to be asked twice.

Template → Locked: logo, palette, layout. Editable: name, title, phone, links.

Contractors provisioned and deprovisioned in a day

A freelancer joins for a six-week engagement. Provision a card on day one, revoke it on the last day, and the client-facing URL stops resolving to someone who no longer works with you.

Admin → Seats: active, pending and deactivated counted separately.

Groups that match how you sell, not the org chart

Pods, practices, and new-business teams each get their own group with an owner, so a pitch team can be provisioned as a unit and reported on as one.

Groups → owner per group, save rate reported per group.

Objections

What teams push back on first

Answered as we would answer it on a call, including where the answer is no.

We are 12 people. Is this overkill?

The free plan covers individuals, and the paid tiers are per user. A twelve-person studio pays for twelve seats, and the admin layer stops mattering until it does.

Our clients will not scan a QR.

They do not have to. The same card is a link in an email signature and a wallet pass. The QR is one entry point, not the product.

We publish no agency case studies we cannot name. What you get instead is your own save-rate reporting from week one, with the methodology written down.
