Digital business cards for real estate teams

An agent hands out a card at an open house and the buyer decides three weeks later. The card has to still work then — same number, same agent, same listing link — even if the agent has changed brokerage phone lines or the listing has moved. That is the whole problem Cardline solves for property teams.

Who it fits

Built for real estate teams that hand out cards weekly

  • Brokerages with agents who each carry their own licence number

  • Property developers running sales galleries and launch events

  • Leasing and property-management teams handing over to tenants

What is different here

The parts of a card system that only matter in real estate

Everything else — save flow, wallet pass, permanent link — is the same product every customer gets.

Licence and RERA-style registration numbers on the card

Agents in most markets are required to show a registration number. It sits on the card as a labelled field, not buried in a bio, and admins can make it mandatory before a card can be activated.

Field → Licence / registration number: required, admin-visible, agent-editable off.

One QR that survives the printed collateral

Yard signs, brochures, gallery panels and window cards all get printed once. Cardline's card URL never changes, so a reprint is never triggered by a phone number change or an agent handover.

Card URL → permanent. Reassignment updates the person behind the same code.

Same-day deactivation when an agent leaves

Agents move between brokerages. The day one leaves, their card stops resolving to your brand and any printed QR shows a clean, branded not-active page instead of a stranger's details.

Admin → Staff → Revoke: the URL keeps working, the contact details stop.

Objections

What teams push back on first

Answered as we would answer it on a call, including where the answer is no.

Our agents already have NFC cards from another vendor.

Keep them. Cardline needs no hardware — the same agent can be reachable by QR, link and wallet pass while you decide whether the NFC cards get reordered.

Every agent wants their own design.

They get their own details, not their own design. Brand lock fixes the logo, palette and field order at brokerage level and leaves name, title, phone and links editable.

Cardline does not publish agent-productivity claims. Save rate per view is reported from your own cards, per agent and per channel, and that is the number to judge a rollout by.
