Install it
Gmail
- Click Copy signature below.
- Gmail → Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
- Paste into the editor box (Cmd/Ctrl+V), then Save changes at the bottom.
Outlook (web and desktop)
- Click Copy signature below.
- Outlook → Settings → Mail → Compose and reply → new signature.
- Paste, name it, then set it as default for new messages and replies.
Apple Mail
- Click Copy signature below.
- Mail → Settings → Signatures → + to add one.
- Uncheck 'Always match my default message font', then paste.
Why it renders
Four rules this generator will not break
Every one of them is a client bug someone else's signature builder ignores.
Tables, never flexbox
Outlook on Windows renders through Word. Flex and grid collapse, tables do not.
Inline styles, never a <style> block
Gmail strips head styles on forwarded mail, so anything not inline disappears mid-thread.
System fonts, never web fonts
Mail clients do not fetch fonts. A fallback you chose beats one the client picked.
Hosted images, never pasted ones
Pasted images become attachments — the paperclip and broken-box combination recipients distrust.
